By making a reservation, accessing our premises, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional policies posted on our premises or website.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

All guests must be at least 21 years of age to:

• Participate in any gambling activities
• Purchase or consume alcoholic beverages
• Book hotel accommodations as the primary guest

2.2 Age Verification

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Valid government-issued photo identification and credit card are required at check-in

3.4 Payment and Deposits

• A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations
• We may authorize your credit card for the full amount of your stay plus incidentals
• Payment is due at check-in unless otherwise arranged
• We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• A security deposit may be required for incidental charges

3.5 Room Assignments

While we will make every effort to honor room type requests, specific room assignments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations if necessary.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

4.1 Standard Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid charges
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for one night's accommodation
• No-shows will be charged for the entire reserved stay

4.2 Special Events and Peak Periods

During special events, holidays, and peak seasons, different cancellation policies may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

5. Casino Gaming Terms

5.1 Gaming Regulations

All casino gaming activities are subject to:

• Decisions of casino management and regulatory authorities

• Unauthorized recording or photography in restricted areas

6.3 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest from the premises who:

• Appears intoxicated or under the influence of substances

• Is on a self-exclusion list

7. Security and Surveillance

7.1 CCTV Monitoring

For security and regulatory compliance, our premises are monitored by CCTV cameras 24/7. By entering our property, you consent to such monitoring.

7.2 Security Searches

We reserve the right to conduct security searches of persons and belongings entering or on the premises. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the property.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lilaccrestvilla shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury except where caused by our negligence
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

8.2 Guest Property

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to guest property unless deposited with us for safekeeping
• Safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk
• Maximum liability for stored items is as specified by applicable law

8.3 Service Interruptions

We strive to provide uninterrupted services but are not liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, repairs, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Pricing and Payment

• All rates are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• Taxes, resort fees, and other charges may apply

9.2 Incidental Charges

You are responsible for all charges incurred during your stay, including:
